Returns
If for any reason you are not happy with any product, we will happily offer a refund.
Returns are accepted within 10 working days of you receiving the goods.
Please contact us via email to obtain authorisation for the return.
Returns are only accepted if the goods are returned in their original condition with all packaging intact.
If goods are faulty, we will also refund you the cost of postage; any other returns, all postage costs will be at the buyers cost.

All prices listed are in Australian Dollars and include GST.
Shipping
All items are securely packaged and bubble wrapped, ensuring your products arrive safely.
A flat rate shipping fee of $9.00 is applied to all orders, of any size, within Australia. This cost is automatically calculated through the checkout process. Your order is sent via standard post. If you wish to register or insure your order, please email your order with your delivery request and a Paypal invoice will be sent including the extra cost. Beatrix Peter and Friends will not be held responsible for items that are lost in the mail.
We are happy to post internationally. On completion of your order submission, we ask that you wait for an invoice to be sent to you with the amended postage cost. On payment of this invoice your items will be dispatched.
We use Australia post for shipping, ensuring that your products arrive on time, every time.
